Graduated in Economics from Oxford University, he obtained an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

During his career, he worked as Principal Banker, Senior Investment Officer, and Director in the Infrastructure Division for various banks based in London, Washington DC and Paris.

He is one of the founding and co-managing partner of the infrastructure fund Valiance Infrastructure Fund FCP-FIS (Lux).

Through Life Investments Srl, he has invested in unlisted SMEs active in renewable energy.

Since 2001 he has been a member of the expert committee that regulates the concession contract for water services in the city of Bucharest.

He is part of CDI Global Italy – Milan office – since 2023.
