Before RGS, he worked in FP&A at Phosfaz, a BTG-backed fertilizer company, and at M&A advisory firms igc and JK Capital. At RGS, Henrique was involved in the sale of ZEG Biogás to Vibra, Qulture.Rocks to UOL EdTech, KMM to nstech, and Jazz Side to BeFly.
