ABGi, an international consultant specializing in innovation funding and sustainable transformation, today announced the completion of a strategic acquisition with INCOTEC, one of Spain’s leading innovation funding consultancies.

CDI Global, led by Thierry Gibert, assisted on the buyside of this transaction.

This landmark transaction represents a significant milestone in ABGi’s European growth strategy, reinforcing its presence in a key market and accelerating its expansion across high-potential geographies. The partnership establishes a strong platform in Spain, further strengthening ABGi’s ability to support clients throughout Europe.

Recognized for its expertise in innovation funding and its strong local market presence, Incotec brings highly complementary capabilities to ABGi. The partnership combines the strengths of two organizations with aligned values, complementary services offering and shared ambitions for growth and client success.

ABGi is part of the SNEF Group built around a broad range of technical skills, capable of providing end-to-end solutions throughout the lifecycle of your installations. We are engineers/designers, integrators, maintainers and operators of multi-technical solutions in the fields of energy, mechanics and digital technology. Together, ABGi and Incotec will focus on several strategic priorities:

  • Advancing digital transformation initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency and client experience.

Following the partnership, ABGi will operate across 9 countries, supported by a network of more than 30 offices and nearly 700 consultants and experts worldwide. The enlarged Group will strengthen its ability to support over 5,000 clients navigating increasingly demanding regulatory frameworks, intensifying competition and accelerating technological and environmental transitions.

Clients will benefit from broader access to best-in-class expertise delivered through an integrated European platform, enabling them to optimise innovation strategies, accelerate transformation programmes and secure funding opportunities more effectively.
