Founder and Managing Partner

Rik Stikkelbroeck, BSc in Accounting and MSc in Economics, maintains an extensive network of entrepreneurs and advisors. Rik studied Accountancy at the HES Amsterdam and completed his Master in Business Economics at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. At PS Participation Solutions, and later at Deloitte (Global Equity Consulting Services), he conducted management buy outs and implemented participation structures and share plans. Rik also worked with the Global Equity Organization (GEO), an international expert in the field of equity incentives.

Rik has been recognized for his international contributions in the field of equity incentives (awards in London 2004, New York 2007 and Paris 2009). In 2007, Rik founded Hogenhouck with partner Mark van Beusekom.
