Vased in Budapest, Hungary, Ivan has a B2B sales and marketing background. He is actively involved in the daily development and implementation of international growth strategies, international business development, venture capital transactions, and strategic exits.

In the past 10 years he has worked on the growth strategies of companies such as Balabit, Parkl, AQ Anton, Avatao, Shopbuilder, and Continest and lead several tech transaction projects on both sell and buy-side.

He is a former member of the Board of the Hungarian Association of Foreign Trade. He regularly gives lectures in Hungarian and English. He is an active angel investor and a member of HunBan and currently a Board Member of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA) since 2024.

Ivan learned strategic marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Budapest and later studied B2B marketing at a Wharton Business School course. He also holds an MA degree in English Language & Culture and International and Hungarian History.
