Abhijeet Karwa is a Partner with CDI Global India and is seated in Mumbai.

A seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, long-term product off-take agreements, strategic planning, and business valuations.

He is working with CDI Global for the past 12 years and was part of the founding team of CDI Global India, where he has been instrumental in establishing and growing the firm’s India practice. Over this period, Abhijeet has developed deep sector expertise across Industrials, Chemicals, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and has built strong relationships with corporations in these industries.

Successfully executed more than 15 cross-border transactions across a diverse set of industries, including industrial manufacturing and services, chemicals, TMT (services and software products), and deeptech sectors such as cybersecurity, defence, and IoT.

In 2019, CDI Global awarded Abhijeet for generating the maximum number of cross-border mandates across all offices within its network.

Prior to CDI Global, Abhijeet worked with a leading logistics company in India, where he was actively involved in two cross-border transactions in China and Kenya.
