Rafał recently worked in global consulting companies i.e. Ernst & Young, Deloitte and TPA Crowe Horwath, where he managed sales, business development and customer relations.

He created sales strategies, led business development teams and acquired clients in the field of tax, M&A, corporate finance & audit.

In addition to a strong market knowledge & relations with family owned, medium-sized businesses in Poland, Rafal has also established strong contacts in a similar area on the Ukrainian market.

Rafał holds a Master's degree from  WSB University of Banking & Economics with faculty in  Finance, Banking and Financial Management Services.
