Managing partner of CDI Global Iberia since 2004. 30 years experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, developed in Spain, United Kingdom and United States. He also acts currently as CFO of CDI Global and is a member of the Board. Previously, Carmelo worked at Lehman Brothers (NY and London), The Boston Consulting Group (Madrid) and ICEX (Washington commercial office of the Embassy). During his career he has worked in numerous M&A mandates in different industries, with a concentration in the healthcare/biotech and IT sectors. Carmelo has taught for many years classes of corporate finance at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and the Economists Association of Madrid. He speaks English and German fluently. Carmelo holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE (’92) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (’97).
