Brent Peterson has served as a Partner at CDI Global NA in the Boca Raton office since 2015. With more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions, Brent has developed significant expertise in the Healthcare sector. His M&A experience spans various areas including Pharma, Contract Research Organizations (CRO), Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO), Imaging and Radiology, Medical Devices, Equipment, and Healthcare Services.

Before joining CDI Global, Brent was the founder and President of Glenwood Financial Corp. This firm was established to offer merger and acquisition consulting services to both public and private companies. Glenwood Financial Corp. played a key role in helping publicly traded clients develop and enhance their investor and shareholder relations programs. Since founding Glenwood, Brent has played an instrumental role in facilitating the successful mergers of numerous companies within the healthcare and medical industries.

Prior to establishing Glenwood, Brent worked as a senior advisor for a publicly held healthcare company. His responsibilities included overseeing all matters related to the company’s public ownership, such as SEC filings, collaborating with accountants, attorneys, shareholders, members of the brokerage community, and stock transfer agents.

Earlier in his career, Brent held the position of Securities Principal with multiple investment banking firms. In these roles, he managed and underwrote Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and private placements for small and medium-sized companies.
