Alberto holds a degree from Bocconi University with a specialization in Corporate Finance. With over 35 years of experience in the financial sector, he served as Senior Banker / Managing Director at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking from 2000 to 2026, where he was responsible for managing relationships with some of Italy's largest industrial groups. He developed deep expertise across all areas of the bank's activities, with particular focus on structured financing, debt and equity capital markets, corporate finance, and derivatives. Prior to this, he worked at a bank-affiliated SIM, completing numerous transactions in debt and equity capital markets, investment products, and structured financing. He is fluent in both English and French.
