In January 2026, CDI Global BV took a decisive step in advancing its long-term growth strategy by expanding its Board of Directors with key senior leadership appointments. These appointments align with the company’s completed 2025 strategic initiatives and underscore its commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing global oversight, and driving network expansion.

Updated Board Composition

The Board now reflects a diverse blend of geographic expertise, industry experience, and leadership capability. The members are:

Strengthening Leadership Through Committees

To further enhance governance and strategic oversight, the Board has established two key committees:

Nominating Committee – Charged with identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for both the Board of Directors and key leadership roles within the global network, including the Executive Managing Director and Strategic Leaders of Investment Banking and Corporate Development. The committee is chaired by the Board Chair and includes the Executive Managing Director and two additional board members.

Network Expansion Committee – Focused on guiding the organization’s growth and expansion over a three- to five-year horizon. Responsibilities include evaluating potential new member firms, ensuring strategic alignment, and monitoring integration efforts. Chaired by the Chief Strategy Officer, this committee draws members from executive leadership across regions and strategic business lines.
