Rajesh Varma is the Managing Partner of CDI Global India and is seated in Mumbai.

Rajesh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with 30 years of professional experience. He was with Sharp & Tannan Associates, a leading Tier II Accounting firm in India for 23 years. Prior to setting up a new M&A practice as CDI Global India, he was a Partner and Senior Advisor with KPMG for 7 years.

Rajesh has over the years worked with some of India’s largest corporations across many industry sectors, but particularly in Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Manufacturing and Infrastructure. He was also the co-Chairman of the Power and Energy Committee of a leading Chamber of Commerce in India for 2 years.
