Eric has an engineering degree from CentraleSupelec (France) and a business administration degree from INSEAD .He has  worked for 37 years (1982-2019) for global  IT and Telecommunication companies including senior executive positions within Groupe Bull, Motorola , Nokia and Hewlett Packard in France, Scandinavia, the Benelux, the UK, and the USA.

He has extensive experience in large mergers, divestures and acquisitions such as the Sell out of Motorola Networks division to Nokia Networks and post sale integration within Nokia Networks, the Spin Merge of Groupe Bull International Services business with SopraSteria and the acquisition of various SMEs.
