Elias is a senior executive with an extensive track record in leadership roles across major Greek and multinational companies. He has served as CEO of prominent organizations, including the Hellenic Post Group, and as a board member in institutions such as the International Post Corporation, spearheading strategic initiatives and large-scale corporate transformations.

His professional background spans a diverse range of industries including insurance, gaming, investment promotion, export development, and postal and courier services. He has also served as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest Private Equity funds, including a €500M transaction.

Elias has a solid track record in corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and financing—across both the private and public sectors. Notably, he led one of the largest cost-reduction and restructuring projects in Greece at the Hellenic Post. He also completed numerous M&A and financing transactions during his tenure at INTRALOT.

He holds a B.Sc. in Marketing (Cum Laude) from ULV California, an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, and is a CFA charterholder. He is an accredited advisor for SMEs by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a member of the Audit Committee of the Hellenic-Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and a founding member of its Sustainability Committee.
