CDI Global Latin America (Uruguay) acted as M&A Advisor to Laboratorios Pasteur on sale to Megalabs

We are pleased to announce that CDI Global Latin America (Uruguay) acted as M&A Advisor to the Seller, Laboratorios Pasteur, on the sale of 100% of the company's shares to Megalabs Uruguay, the Buyer.

Laboratorios Pasteur S.A. is an animal health company founded in Uruguay with more than 40 years of experience in the manufacturing, distribution, and export of high-quality veterinary products for the agricultural sector. Its main product lines are: Antiparasitics and Endectocides; Vitamins, Minerals, and Metabolic Health; Udder Health and Dermatology; Sedatives, Analgesics, and Specific Treatments; and Insecticides and Tick Control Products.

Megalabs Uruguay is a Montevideo-based pharmaceutical laboratory engaged in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of branded pharmaceutical products, spanning both prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) lines, under a strong quality and public-health mission. It is part of the global Megalabs group. Historically known as a pharmaceutical laboratory focused on human health, it has in recent years begun expanding into the animal health sector.
