Xavier has over 40 years of experience in the chemical industry through top positions in diverse fields : engineering, industrial, strategy, business, for most of them playing a global role. 

Within Solvay he was in charge of the Sustainable Environment, managing all the remediation projects and preparing the Group for a cleaner future. In that role he was involved in all M&A projects as Environmental leader and he is bringing that great expertise on a sensitive topic.

Xavier is an engineering graduate from  Ecole Polytechnique as well as from Ecole des Mines de Paris. He is fluent in both French and English, and reads German.
