Stephanie holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and has specialized training in mergers and acquisitions at Adkins Matchett & Toy and TTS in New York.Before joining RGS, she was part of the M&A team at Brasilpar. At RGS, she participated in several high-profile transactions, including the sale of Fazenda da Toca to Mantiqueira, Vitagema to Granja Faria, and PIC and PharmaSpecial to Brenntag.
