Shekhar Khanolkar is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in senior management roles across both multinational corporations and prominent Indian business houses. His experience spans across chemical industry including specialty chemicals, polymers, Life sciences etc.

Shekhar has had a distinguished career, including leading BASF India’s Dispersions and Monomers business for South Asia and later as a Managing Director of Navin Fluorine International Limited. Before transitioning into a non-executive and consultancy career, Shekhar successfully developed a value-added business growth strategy at DCM Shriram Limited.

Shekhar is now serving on boards of Aarti Industries Limited and Excel Industries Limited as an Independent director.

Shekhar is a Chemical Engineer by profession and has completed his masters in management studies from University of Mumbai and advanced management from Harvard Business School, USA.
