Michael is based in Vienna, Austria and leads on CDI’s M&A practice there. He has 23 years experience in corporate and investment banking and has been an Executive Director for several banks in the CEE/SEE region.

He is currently a member of the Management Board of two Banks in Malta and the Managing Director of an Austrian based real estate investment company.

He focuses on real estate, service industries and the old economy and the tourism and leisure industry.
