Based in Paris and Marseille, he holds the DEC (Diploma of Chartered Accountant), a master's degree in Finance and the certification of business valuator from the CCEF.

Member of several evaluation associations : CCEF, SFEV and France M&A, he also founded of his own accounting firm 12 years ago and works in various sectors.

Prior to that, he worked in the internal audit of the international AG2R-LA MONDIALE insurance group.

He specialises in mergers, valuation and French accounting and is deeply connected with industrial and services companies located in South-Eastern France.
