Hugo holds a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from the Aeronautical Technological Institute (ITA) and is an expert in mergers and acquisitions by Adkins Matchett & Toy and TTS in New York. Before joining RGS, Hugo has worked in the Corporate Credit team at Banco BBM and in the market analysis team at BBM Investimentos. Nowadays, Hugo is in charge of the new business areas at RGS. Hugo has been involved in several transactions, such as the association between Cemitério Parque Hortolândia to grupo Zelo, the R$103 million fundraising process of Urbem with DEXCO and the sale of Medcom to Elfa.
