Giancarlo is a Chilean agronomist. He has 30 years of experience in the commercial areas of leading agribusiness, food, and beverage companies. He graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and M&A program at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

He has extensive executive experience in domestic and multinational companies in the areas of business planning and development, responsible for key functions such as cost management, planning-related analysis, exports, and distribution—particularly to the United Kingdom and the United States. He actively serves on several boards of agricultural companies in Chile.

For the past 15 years, has been actively involved in mergers and acquisitions and strategic consulting across Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Mexico, advising agribusiness companies on growth, investment, and corporate development. He is widely recognized as a leading expert in agribusiness M&A in Latin America.
