Cattolica University Business Administration graduate, MBA from Boston University; fluent English and French. He has been CEO of multinational companies in Italy such as ESAB-ABB, SCA Packaging, Reno de Medici listed in Milan and Madrid and Mondi Packaging Italy and China. He got a lot of experience with more than 50 acquisition performed during his CEO assignments. Furthermore, he has closed important LBO operations with funds such as Mezzanine Management UK, Argos Soditic and 21 Investments being both manager and investor. He has been a consultant in AT Kearney. He is part of CDI Global Italy – Milan office – since 2011.
