Seasoned executive and financial advisor with over three decades of international experience spanning industry, strategy consulting, and corporate finance.

Arrigo has developed broad industry expertise, primarily in manufacturing and consumer goods, with additional experience in oil & gas, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), energy, and the circular economy.

Over the past 10+ years, he has been an investor and partner in private equity and financial advisory ventures, gaining extensive experience in M&A transactions, structured debt, capital markets and IPOs on Italy’s EGM (Euronext Growth Milan) exchange, particularly in the SME segment.

Throughout his career, he has served as a board member for both public and private companies.

He holds degrees in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering from Imperial College London and Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. Arrigo is bilingual in Italian and English and fluent in French.

Arrigo joined the Milan office of CDI Global Italy in July 2025.
