Tax and transaction advisory professional with a strong M&A focus, combining deep tax expertise with a transaction-oriented approach to M&A and corporate finance.

Aleksandra spent eight years at Big Four firms, progressing to managerial positions and working with leading Polish and international businesses across various industries. Her experience includes advising on complex business and tax matters, including M&A transactions, assessing risks and supporting clients in making informed business decisions.

At CDI, she applies this experience to support clients throughout the entire M&A process, from transaction analysis and structuring through to value creation. She brings a multidimensional perspective that links tax and commercial considerations at every stage of a deal, helping clients structure transactions efficiently, identify risks early and protect value for sellers and buyers alike.

Aleksandra holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Poznań University of Economics and is a licensed Polish tax adviser. Outside of work, she is passionate about sports and an active lifestyle.
